OUR SERVICE

1. Consultation

We perform a walk-through consultation of the property to gather a sense of the space, its size and layout. After the consultation we can issue the a quotation for our services based on the information gathered.

2. Space Planning

The planning for the staging begins once we have received approval of the quotation. To do this we use photos and video taken at the consultation and we also require a copy of the property’s floor plans so that we can decide how to best utilise all the available spaces.

3. Furniture layout

Using the floor plans, photos, video and moodboards as a guide we will plan a layout of the furniture for all the rooms to be staged.

4. Style selection

With the client’s goals in mind, our team will begin planning the look and feel for the decor. This process includes creating moodboards, deciding on a style and selecting a colour pallette.

5. Styling and décor

Our team will select and source furniture pieces and accessories for the property. On the staging day we will style and decorate the property focusing on showcasing its best features.

6. De-Staging

Once the property has been taken off the market or at the end of our contract period our team will arrive to collect all of the staging inventory.

7. Project management

The best part is that you as the client will not have to lift a finger during the process. Leave the heavy lifting, planning and project management to our team.
