Our speciality is in vacant home staging. If your property is currently occupied or furnished we require you to remove all the contents to another property or to a storage facility before we can begin our services.
The staging process at the property typically takes 4 to 6 hours on the day of the installation. Although our team’s goal is always to complete the job as quickly as possible every property is unique, therefore the staging time depends on the property size, location, staging requirements and accessibility on the day.

We require the payment in advance. An upfront payment assures us of your commitment to our service and allows our team to plan accordingly with a clear budget.
No, the staging fee remains the same regardless of the time it takes to sell your property. Should your house sell very quickly that means we have done our job right and therefore every Rand spent is worth the effort both from you and our team.
Although this is rare, should your property not sell within the hire period you may request an extension on the staging materials at an additional cost. Please contact us for a quote, terms and conditions.
